Data deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your Korekko account data or your customers' data that we process on your behalf.

How to request deletion

  1. Email team@korekko.com from your account email address.
  2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include your business name and account email so we can identify your account. Optionally note connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram).

What gets deleted

  • Connected-channel message data (WhatsApp and Instagram DMs, comments, and related inbox records), including Instagram-scoped user IDs (IGSIDs) and usernames we stored for those interactions.
  • Channel disconnect: that channel's message data is deleted automatically within 24 hours — no email required.
  • Account deletion: account and associated customer conversation data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request, except limited records we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing purposes.
Disconnecting WhatsApp or Instagram in Korekko Settings triggers automatic deletion of that channel's message data within 24 hours. You do not need to email us for a channel-only disconnect.
