How we use Google Calendar
Korekko reads your Google Calendar availability so customers can book appointments without back-and-forth messaging. We never modify or create events. Access is read-only.
How we use WhatsApp
When a business connects its WhatsApp Business account, customer enquiries sent to its number arrive in Korekko. The owner decides how Korekko should respond — they can review and approve each reply, or let Korekko reply and follow up on their behalf. Either way the owner stays in control, and customers can reach them directly at any time. We use this data only to run this service for the connected business: never for advertising, never sold, never shared with other businesses.
