Korekko is provided for lawful business use. You are responsible for your account, your connected services, your business data, and the messages or actions you send through the platform.

• You must provide accurate account and business information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive use.
• No spam, harassment, or unauthorized messaging.
• No attempts to interfere with service security or integrity.
• No misuse of connected third-party services in violation of their rules.

4. Third-party services

Korekko may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, calendar providers, hosting providers, and payment services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Customer data

You represent that you have the right to use and process the customer data you provide to Korekko. You remain responsible for your relationship with your customers and for the lawfulness of your communications and records.

6. Availability

We work to keep Korekko available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

7. Intellectual property

Korekko and its software, content, and branding are owned by or licensed to us. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its materials.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. You may stop using Korekko at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Korekko is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular business result, growth outcome, or revenue increase.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korekko will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Korekko after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
